At the end of the 90's, Shawn Dahl was living the roller-coaster life of a struggling young real estate agent. He would bounce between having a good month and other months when it was a struggle just to pay rent. Nicole, Shawn’s girlfriend, was attending medical school in the US while he worked in Canada. The long drives so that the two could spend a short time together, the demands of having to stay close to their respective work sites, and the tight budgets were significant obstacles for the young couple. Shawn yearned to find a way to provide the resources and flexibility needed to build a family despite the difficult circumstances.

Nicole's parents had recently experienced a huge financial change as a result of Herbalife. They were generating thousands of dollars in income each month from their new work with the company. It didn't take long for Shawn to realize that if they could make a comfortable living through Herbalife, he could too. When Shawn started with the company, he first balanced his life with continuing to work as a real estate agent and exploring this new business opportunity with Herbalife. Like most new ventures it took work and thought on Shawn's part to find a path to success, but that path was there, waiting for him.

Today Shawn and Nicole are married, still very much in love, and happily raising three beautiful children together. They live in a home they own, and have even built a getaway vacation house where they can enjoy swimming, go boating on the nearby lake, and enjoy a lifestyle that allows them the flexibility to fully appreciate all they have as a family. Not only can Shawn provide well for his own family, with the ability to handle car and college expenses for the children, but as a family they are able to generously support the charitable causes that are important to them.

Shawn was able to build this life for his wife and family because he recognized the deep need for him to find a flexible but strong occupation, and he was willing to pursue that path until he found a way to make it work for him. What Shawn Dahl was able to accomplish is not impossible, but it's also not something everyone can match.
